The application is submitted online through the Electronic Sea Desk (BMar):

1. Open www.bmar.pt, please register and log in.
2. Press the New Request button, choose the following category "Professional Fishing" and Request type "ANI - Change of Support Vessel".
3. Fill in the required data.
4. Attach the documents requested in the fields provided for this purpose.
5. Check your request summary and submit the application.

Note: Only vessels registered with local fishing or local auxiliaries are allowed. The local fishing vessel must be licensed.

TRP of the vessel to be included

If the owner is not the catcher - Owner's declaration that he authorizes the catcher to use his vessel.

If representative:

• Statement or power of attorney from the holder (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

If representative of an entity:

• Statement legal representative of an entity (a mandatory document to initiate the process).

1 hour of analysis + 1 replacement of the ANI license (€51.90 + 12.79 = €64.69)*

* + 1 vessel license replacement if it does not have the condition
